meaning "bloodletting" - a light, dry, young, acidic, unoaked, inexpensive fruit-forward red wine rooted in Spain, with chopped or sliced fruit, sugar/honey, a small amount of brandy & ice/carbonated soda. Cooling & relaxing. The white wine with lychees is a choice.
