One meeting in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Breakfast: toast with fried eggs and a cup of milk + a cup of tea
Lunch: 1/2 plate of Bolognese linguine
Tea: 1/2 sweet potato bun + a cup of coffee
Dinner: 1/2 bowl of brown rice, 2 pcs of soy sauce chicken leg, some vege + 1 bowl of melon soup
1/2 pear & 1 mug of lo hon guo drink
30 minutes pingpong in HK Park after work and 30 minutes cross-trainer after dinner.
Play time with Baby in the garden.
