The Blue Bar
Happy Hour in the Four Seasons Hotel. $55.00 + 10% service charge for a camomile tea with honey and some dimsum, sandwiches, snacks etc like tea buffet. Recommended.
Honey b is so cute. She cried when I departed. She just wanted me to stay or she could ride MTR with me. I must live longer for her sake, in good condition of course.
Their trip in NZ was adventurous but mothers worried about them then. Farm stay was interesting, or scary? Fun or shock? The farm was run by one woman who was a widow. When she asked what they would like to have for dinner, they said' "duck". Then they had a wild duck for dinner and that she told them she had just shot it from the forest. When she drove them around in a truck, suddenly they discovered there was a black lamb freshly killed lying behind their seats.
Scream!!! And many more ..............

The Hunchback of Notre Dame 1939
A movie for my Easter Saturday morning.
I had seen the cartoon before. But it was never as astonishing as acted by real persons. My heart was heavy as lead throughout. Fate was so cruel to Quasimodo. Hence, he asked a statue at the end seeing his love leaving, "Why was I not made of stone, like thee?" Esmeralda's beauty seemed to be the cause of all the fights and kills. Gringoire v Phoebus is indeed a representation of many men in the world - with power, ideals, choice of love and way of love ............
The Church, the King, the nobles and the commons. Love, madness of the crowd, selfishness, despair, the sacred and the evil. Stark yet lavish sets.
The production was grand even by today's scale. I learn that the movie had not sticked to Victor Hugo's plot totally.

a sunny Good Friday
I will go to Sai Tso Wan Playground for a walk. Must give myself some fresh air and energy.
I just read from news that some HK artists were arrested in Mainland for possession of dangerous drugs. They cannot resist the temptation and their lives must be too stressful.
I like the jade pendant in the shape of a green peppper with a jade loop for the necklace.
Papa called while I was walking. He wanted to have a Peking duck meal with Por and J & J. How easy for me to gratify him. Done. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for the boys. Everybody was happy including myself, of course.

a woollen shawl
Chee knitted me a woollen shawl - bluish green. We played mj in the Club on Cotton Path. AVA were taking Train Alpine in New Zealand. Miss them tons. Wish them enjoy the journey.
