Kingsui, Helen & Christina. Three meals - all so gratifying.
Kingsui asked .........
Kingsui will retire in August. She will have the flat renovated. She will not employ any maid but do household chores herself. Capable woman. She can cook very well, like knuckles, dumplings, noodles and fried rice. Steamed chicken & various soups.
Christina has lots of grumblings vs some of her staff and some parents.
Helen kept on talking on phone with her friends for fixing dates of meetings. A retiree and a Christian, it is understandable.
We had the goose liver sausages from Yung Kee.
