Feel all your feelings

Life means experiencing strong emotions: fear, delight, sadness, joy. Don't try to run from the ones you don't like; experience them all. Even feelings like fear, guilt, and anger tell us things about ourselves, give us energy to change, and remind us what we consider important. Acknowledge painful emotions; reocognize that they are part of you.

Accept God's particular script for you. We all have to.
